Dr Fernandes saw us very promptly and immediately made us feel at ease. He demonstrated great empathy for us and our son. He was sensitive in the way that he asked questions and explained everything that he was doing and the reasons behind his questions and comments. We were very happy in the way that we were received.

Dr Fernandes's care and concern for my son is exemplary. He really cares about the whole child including the impact their health may have on their education and home life. He questions whether other professionals and myself really understand the level of his disability and the appropriate programmes are being used. If there are not then this would potentially cause too much challenge for my child and a reason why medication should not always be increased. Thank you.

We were explained the symptoms and the reasons for the diagnosis.We did not feel rushed.The further plan for management was explained to us,and we are going away happy with the appointment.
